Initial Consultation
The journey begins with an Initial Consultation, where we discuss your project scope, style preferences, budget, and timeline. Clients can submit an application via our website or contact us directly to schedule this meeting. During this phase, we gather all necessary details about the design object, such as its purpose, dimensions, and existing layout. Once the consultation is complete, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost estimate. After your approval, we finalize the agreement and collect the prepayment to kickstart the project.
Design Development
This phase focuses on transforming your ideas into a tangible design concept. We begin with a Site Visit to take precise measurements and document existing conditions, such as walls, windows, and electrical points. Next, our team creates an Initial Design Concept, including mood boards, color schemes, and layout ideas, which we present for your feedback. Based on your input, we refine the design and finalize it for approval. Finally, we prepare Working Drawings and Technical Plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations, to ensure every detail is captured.
Custom Furniture Production
Once the design is approved, we move to the Furniture Production phase. This begins with signing the furniture agreement and collecting the prepayment. We then finalize furniture designs, materials, and finishes based on the approved concept. After the site is prepared (post-construction), we conduct a Final Measurement to ensure accuracy. Custom furniture manufacturing then begins, with regular updates provided to keep you informed about the production progress. .
Installation and Delivery
The final phase involves bringing the design to life. We deliver and install the custom furniture on-site, ensuring every piece is assembled and placed according to the design plan. A Final Walkthrough is conducted to address any minor adjustments or touch-ups, ensuring your complete satisfaction. Once the project is completed, we collect the final payment and hand over all project documentation, including warranties and care instructions
Post Project Support
Our commitment to you doesn’t end with project completion. We actively seek your Feedback and Reviews to improve our services and encourage you to share your experience. Additionally, we offer Post-Project Maintenance support, providing tips and assistance for any issues or adjustments that may arise. .
